Pleven Province ((ブルガリア語:Област Плевен) or Plevenska Oblast (ブルガリア語:Плевенска Област), former name Pleven okrug) is a province located in central northern Bulgaria, bordering the Danube river, Romania and the Bulgarian provinces of Vratsa, Veliko Tarnovo and Lovech.
